Privacy Policy
Last updated:
Summary: UCANRR Software, LLC (“UCANRR”, “we”, “us”) builds PsychInsightPro, a privacy-first journaling and sentiment analysis system for therapy. By design, raw journal text and model reasoning remain on the client’s device. Therapists view scores, trends, and indicators only—not narratives.
Scope
This policy covers our public websites (e.g., ucanrr.com), early-access/pilot forms, and business communications. It also explains high-level data flows for PsychInsightPro related to account setup, pilot evaluations, and support. It does not replace any BAA or site-specific agreements where applicable.
Information We Collect
- Website metadata: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages viewed, timestamps) for security and diagnostics.
- Contact & pilot requests: name, email, organization, role, and any message you provide via forms or email.
- Product telemetry (minimal): if you join a pilot, we may collect non-content performance metrics (e.g., app version, crash logs) to improve reliability.
- Therapy content: PsychInsightPro is architected so that raw journal text and private reasoning remain on the user’s device. Only minimal structured metadata (e.g., sentiment scores, timestamps, counts of repairs/bids/neglect) may sync to a therapist dashboard.
How We Use Information
- Respond to inquiries, schedule demos, and manage early-access or pilot participation under NDA.
- Operate, secure, and improve our sites and services.
- Analyze aggregate, non-identifying usage to guide product development.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce terms.
Legal Basis (where applicable)
We rely on legitimate interests (product operation and security), consent (when you submit forms), and contractual necessity (pilot or NDA agreements) as applicable under relevant laws.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with service providers (hosting, email, analytics, support) bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms, or when required by law. In pilots, we may share aggregate, de-identified results with participating clinicians or institutions.
Data Retention
We retain website and contact records for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Pilot-related records are kept for the duration of the pilot and a reasonable period thereafter unless deletion is requested or mandated.
Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data we process. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your Choices & Rights
- Access/Update/Delete: Email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your contact information.
- Communications: You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
- Cookies/Analytics: If we use analytics, it will be limited and privacy-respecting. You can adjust browser settings to manage cookies.
Children’s Privacy
Our websites are not directed to children under 13. PsychInsightPro pilots involving minors must be arranged and governed by appropriate consent and institutional oversight.
International Visitors
If you access our sites or contact us from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be processed in the U.S., where laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
Third-Party Links
Our sites may link to third-party resources. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date above.

Product Architecture Note: PsychInsightPro is engineered so that raw journaling text and reasoning remain on the device. Therapists see scores, trends, and indicators only. This reduces disclosure risk and encourages honest journaling while enabling clinically useful, quantified insights.
